Payments
All payments are securely processed by STRIPE or PayPal.
We (modbm.com) don’t process, save or see credit card information like card number or pin codes.
The whole payment process is fully covered by Stripe and PayPal – world leaders in providing payment services.
WARRANTY
Modbm warrants to the customer that for 24 months after the delivery of the product to the customer, the company shall provide, free of charge, a replacement for any part or module that is faulty or has failed. *except cases described below (please see Warranty exclusions below).
How to bring complaints to notice
Should you have cause to criticize us, or should you not be satisfied with a Modbm product, respectively the services provided by Modbm, please contact us in writing via email under the following address: support(at)Modbm.com
In your correspondence, please provide the exact reason for why you are dissatisfied, along with information as to the place and time, and also include the order number (if any). The European Commission provides a platform for the online resolution of disputes (ODR), which is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
RETURNS
Return policy:
Modbm is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you.

- Cancellation, before shipping : full refund including shipping fee
- Cancellation, 30 days or earlier from shipping : full refund on system cost (not including shipping fees).
- Shipping fees for returning system is the responsibility of the customer
- No refunds will be issued after more than 30 days from delivery, but you can still contact us and we will try to find the best solution.
For full refunds all returns must be within 30 days from shipping. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be clean, free from dirt, dust or damage, and in the same package and condition that you received it. You may receive an exchange, credit, or a refund. Please include a note or email with your return stating your order number, the reason for return, and if you prefer refund, exchange, or credit.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card/paypal or original method of payment, within 2-10 days.
Warranty Exclusions
This section identifies what is excluded under this Warranty.
Unless stated otherwise, this Warranty does not extend to loss caused by normal wear and tear, fire, water (liquid spillage or ingression), theft, vermin or insect infestation.
This Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- misuse or abusive use, including physical abuse;
- incorrect operation or not following the operation instructions if any;
- improper installation;
- incorrect or improper maintenance or failure to maintain the product;
- failure to clean or improper cleaning of the product;
- incorrect voltage or non-authorised electrical connections;
- adverse external conditions such as power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, acts of terrorism, damage caused by vermin, or any other act or circumstance beyond modMyBimmer’s control;
- exposure to excessive heat, moisture or dampness;
- exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions;
- use of non authorised/non-standard, defective or incompatible parts;
- password setting/ resetting and computer virus;
- repair, modification or other work carried out on the modMyBimmer product other than by Authorised modMyBimmer Service Personnel
This Warranty does not cover service costs in replacing and maintaining consumable parts which have ceased working through normal wear and tear.
This Warranty does not cover any defects not notified to modMyBimmer within the Warranty Period, however, you may also have statutory rights outside of the warranty period.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
